The Riverside CIC prepares a monthly Statement of Financial Position and Activity for review by its Board of Directors. These reports provide a snapshot of the organization's financial condition, including cash balances, revenues, expenditures, liabilities, and significant financial activity during the reporting period. Monthly reports are prepared for informational purposes and support ongoing oversight of the organization's operations.
At the close of each fiscal year, the Riverside CIC prepares an Annual Financial Report in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 1724.05. This report summarizes the organization's annual financial position and operating results and is filed with the Ohio Auditor of State through the Hinkle System as part of the organization's annual reporting requirements.
The Riverside CIC's official annual financial filings are submitted through the Ohio Auditor of State's Hinkle System, the State's electronic filing portal for local governments and public entities.
